Energy Therapy

Thought-Field Therapy (TFT) is a method used to treat mental and physical symptoms by tapping fingers at meridian points on the upper body and hands. In post-traumatic stress disorder, it releases the blocked energy flow created by disturbed thought pattern formed as a result of traumatic events.

Emotion-Field Therapy (EFT) is a technique used to release negative emotions by focusing on blocked energy flow in the body through the use of selected acupressure points. Thus, providing relief from harmful emotions.
