Biography

Dr. Mintle is a 30 year veteran award-winning producer of media. His career has spanned stints with ABC and CBS television stations, Christian TV stations in Chicago and Tampa, as well as owner of a media consulting firm, PureMedia Group, Inc. He spent 12 years working at CBN (Christian Broadcasting Network) in Marketing and International Program Development. When he left in 1996, he was Vice President for Programming, Marketing, and Special Events – during this time, he served as Executive Producer for “The 700 Club” television program. Dr. Mintle came to Regent in 2001 and was instrumental in the coordinating the needs of the School of Communication & the Arts with the construction of our new building. Currently, he heads up the exciting new Center for Digital Media and leads a team of scholars developing the curriculum for a new Master of Arts major in Digital Media.
