The Certificate of Graduate Studies in Leadership and the Certificate of Graduate Studies in Strategic Foresight are designed to enhance the leadership and strategic foresight abilities of the bachelor's degree graduate. The Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study is granted to doctoral students who have completed the first 30 credit hours of either the Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership or the Doctor of Strategic Leadership program at Regent, providing a solid foundational understanding of leadership that enables students to positively influence organizations and continue doctoral study in the School of Business & Leadership. The Certificate of Post-Doctoral Studies in Organizational Leadership provides an avenue for those with a doctoral degree in a field other than organizational leadership to enhance their base of knowledge and research.
