Regent University School of Law’s Early Commitment Program is a binding decision program designed for admitted students who are confident that Regent is their choice for law school and who are committed to enroll at Regent Law.
Applicants who submit this contract after being admitted agree to abide by the following:
- Early commitment applicants must enroll at Regent Law if accepted under this program.
- Early commitment applicants may apply for admission to other law schools, but once admitted to Regent Law through this program, the applicant must withdraw all other law school applications and may not initiate applications to any other law schools.
- Early commitment applicants may not apply for a binding early decision program at any other law school.
- If admitted under the Early Commitment Program, the candidate must submit a nonrefundable $500 deposit and their Enrollment Agreement by the given deadline within their official offer of admission.
To the applicant:
I certify that I have read the above instructions and understand the stated policies and practices that govern the Early Commitment Program. Regent University School of Law is my choice for law school and I will matriculate at Regent Law. I agree to immediately withdraw all my applications to other schools and to initiate no new ones. I also understand that I am not permitted to enter a binding early decision agreement with any other law school.
