Don Marcari has been practicing law for almost 30 yrs. He is the managing partner of Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban, a personal injury law firm with offices in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Mr. Marcari began his legal career as a Judge Advocate General with the United States Navy. As a young JAG he represented a U.S. Marine stationed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba which became the basis for the movie “A Few Good Men.” Mr. Marcari has tried over 200 jury trials and has handled cases against Ford, Firestone, American Honda, Home Depot and several national trucking companies. Over the years, Mr. Marcari has appeared on Unsolved Mysteries, A Current Affair and The Montel Williams Show. Mr. Marcari is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and North Carolina and Virginia State Bar. He is on the Board of Governors for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Assoc., the Plaintiff’s Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
