Your Chance to Compete for Full-Tuition Scholarships
The application for Scholars Weekend 2020 is now closed.
Regent University College of Arts and Sciences is proud to announce the 15th Annual Scholars Weekend competition, February 6-8, 2020, where top scholars are invited to campus to compete for exclusive full and partial scholarships, which includes our Dean’s Scholarship (full tuition plus room). These are the largest scholarship awards available to incoming Regent students. Last year we awarded over $1 million in scholarships from this weekend alone!*
If you are invited, you and a parent or guardian will be our guests here on campus in Virginia Beach, Virginia on February 6-8, 2020. You will have the opportunity to experience our academic programs, check out our community life and meet our expert faculty. Accommodations will be provided for you and your guest during your time at Scholars Weekend.
In order to participate in Scholars Weekend, you must be considered a high school senior as of September 6, 2019 and have been accepted for admission for Fall 2020 by January 4, 2020. While admissions acceptance is required in order to participate in Scholars Weekend, it does not obligate the applicant to attend Regent University. The Scholars Weekend competition application is a separate application process, which includes evaluating your ACT, SAT or CLT score, high school transcript, GPA, résumé and essay. This scholarship application is due by January 4, 2020.
Apply today to secure your place. While we encourage all high school students to apply, invitations to Scholars Weekend are extremely competitive and spots are limited.

Selected students will be expected to visit the Virginia Beach campus, February 6-8, 2020. Registration will begin on Thursday evening, February 6th, with optional attendance at our UnChapel service. Competitors must be in attendance starting Friday morning and for the duration of Friday through the closing banquet. We will end our time together Saturday morning.
During the competition, participants will meet with faculty and staff, tour our campus, interact with other students, interview with a panel of faculty and staff members and write an essay. Parents and students will be provided with on-campus accommodations on Thursday and Friday nights during the scholarship competition. The weekend includes an elegant banquet and the opportunity for the student to spend the night in our residence hall with a current Regent student.
All Scholars Weekend applications are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on Saturday, January 4, 2020. A completed admissions application is required by Saturday, January 4, 2020.
