REAL (Revista de Estudios Avanzados de Liderazgo), translated as the Journal of Advanced Study of Leadership, is an international, academic refereed publication dedicated to the dissemination of theory, research, application and progress in the field of leadership studies. REAL seeks contributions written in Castilian (Spanish) on the dynamics of leadership in various organizations such as nonprofit organizations, business and industry, government and public administration, labor, community, religious organizations, public opinion leaders, military and security forces, etc.
