REAL (Revista de Estudios Avanzados de Liderazgo) translated as the Journal of Advanced Study of Leadership, is an academic journal, published in Spanish, that specializes in the dissemination of new knowledge in the fields of leadership and entrepreneurship. Although REAL is produced in the United States, it reaches Hispanics around the world.

The editors and the editorial board of REAL invite the submission of unpublished contributions, which can be sent throughout the year. The second edition of REAL will be published in Summer 2013, and will focus on issues of leadership and entrepreneurship that are certainly relevant in this global era. We will be accepting completed papers for consideration for this issued until April 30, 2013.

Revista de Estudios Avanzados de Liderazgo (REAL), is an academic and international refereed publication dedicated to the dissemination of theory, research, application and progress in the field of leadership studies.

REAL is a publication of the School of Business & Leadership at Regent University which is published electronically twice a year in July and December.

REAL understands that leadership studies represent a multidisciplinary field, so we welcome contributions from the various branches of social sciences and humanities such as sociology, psychology, anthropology, administration and management, political science, economics, philosophy, theology, communications and science education.

REAL seeks submissions on the dynamics of leadership in various organizations such as nonprofit organizations, business and industry, government and public administration, labor, community, religious organizations, public opinion leaders, military and security forces, etc.
