Room Change Request

By checking the box below, I understand that this request is not guaranteed to be approved. I understand that a $50 processing fee may be added to my student account. Additionally, I understand that an increased prorated semester fee will be added to my student account should I request to be moved to a room/apartment style that is more expensive than my current assignment. Current semester rates can be found under the “Costs” tab of the On-Campus Housing Page.

I understand that if my request is approved, I am not guaranteed to be assigned to my requested room/apartment style. Assignments are made based on unit availability and needs of the University.

I understand that Residence Life professional staff will follow up with Resident Assistants and/or Resident Directors to verify information included in the form. Should I be approved for a room change, I agree to follow all instructions communicated to me by Residence Life staff including, but not limited to, instructions regarding moving, deadlines for moving, and key return policies. I understand that I must notify studenthousing@regent.edu within 24 hours of submitting this form if I wish to change any information submitted.
