Theatre Season

The Regent University Theatre has been serving our local community for more than 30 years by providing inspiring and thought-provoking entertainment of the highest caliber. Productions range from Broadway musicals and the classics to touching dramas and modern comedies. Audiences are delighted as they watch emerging young artists bring these stories to life. Virginia Beach Bash

Learn the art and craft of staging combat for the stage and screen, as well as techniques for capturing and editing action for film & television. This workshop is geared primarily to those who have an interest in historical and cultural martial arts forms and techniques as adjusted for performance. Classes are offered at the beginning, intermediate and advanced levels and include instruction in a wide spectrum of styles and weaponry from both Western and Asian cultures, as well as opportunities to direct, film, edit and treat action sequences. Performing Arts Center

Located in the heart of Virginia’s Hampton Roads region, The Performing Arts Center at Regent University enjoys a stellar reputation for acoustic sophistication, audience comfort and aesthetic beauty. Since it opened in 2002, this 135,000-square-foot facility has hosted world-class performers such as Christopher Parkening, John Tesh, the Limón Dance Company, Nicole C. Mullens and Jars of Clay.
