Certificate of Graduate Studies in Missional Discipleship

The Certificate in Missional Discipleship, offered online and on campus, is a graduate-level certificate of four courses in partnership with The Master's Institute of Minneapolis, Minnesota. You will be prepared to bring biblical, historical and theological resources to bear on contemporary missional, pastoral, and discipleship tasks in the North American context. This certificate is for non-degree seeking students only.

  • Use your calling to bring the message of Christ to the world and to develop other Christian leaders to do the same.
  • Address the challenges of missional discipleship, with a particular emphasis on Lutheran studies.
  • Gain the theological resources that will challenge your view and deepen your understanding of The Great Commission.

Certificate programs are designed for those seeking professional development through continuing education for ministers and pastors. Students earn graduate credit that can be applied toward a ministry degree program if further study is desired. Certificate students wishing to earn an academic degree must apply separately to that degree program and meet full admission requirements. Acceptance into a certificate program does not guarantee acceptance into a degree program.

    Complete the School of Divinity Application for Admission. Note: We also require copy of the transcript showing the latest degree conferred. Regent University has partnered with DocuSign to offer a secure, electronic way for your previous college transcripts to be delivered on your behalf when you submit your application for admission.

    Please note: All applicants should understand and accept the Statement of Faith.

  2. Pay Your $25 Application Fee
    Your application will be fully processed once we have received your non-refundable application fee. Mail a check payable to "Regent University" to Enrollment Support Services (see address below), or submit your payment online over a secure server.
