| April 22, 2013

Regent University's 2013 Student Film Showcase was featured Monday, April 22, in The Virginian-Pilot newspaper, with the writer deeming this year's collection of films as the "most professional-looking crop in recent years."

The annual Student Film Showcase is presented by Regent's Department of Cinema-Television and features the best student films of the year, a tradition since 1986. Regent students' films have been recognized on the regional, national and international levels, winning more than 300 awards.

The Showcase takes place from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, in the Main Theatre of Regent's Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $5 and may be purchased at the Regent Box Office in advance or at the event.
