Regent University Receives “2021 Great College to Work For” Ranking
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (September 17, 2021) – Regent University has been ranked as one of the best colleges in the nation to work for, according to a new survey by The Great Colleges to Work For® program. This is the 13th time that Regent has been recognized in this program.
The results, released today in a special insert of The Chronicle of Higher Education, are based on a survey of 38,000 faculty and staff at 196 colleges and universities. In total, 70 of the 196 institutions surveyed achieved “Great College to Work For” recognition for specific best practices and policies

The ModernThink Higher Education Insight Survey© measured ten core dimensions, plus a Faculty Experience dimension, reflecting managerial and organizational competencies.
The Great Colleges to Work For® survey results are based on a two-part assessment process: a questionnaire that captured employment data and workplace policies from each institution, and a survey administered to faculty, administrators, and professional support staff. Employee feedback was the primary factor in deciding whether an institution would receive recognition.
