Professor Caleb N. Griffin received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, and his undergraduate degree in Finance, summa cum laude, from Oklahoma Christian University. He joined the Regent University School of Law faculty in 2016.
Before coming to Regent, Griffin practiced corporate law with the law firm of Vinson & Elkins. During his time at Vinson & Elkins, he represented banks, private equity sponsors, alternative lenders and portfolio companies in a wide range of corporate financial transactions, including acquisition finance, reserve-based lending, syndicated loan transactions and mezzanine finance.
He currently teaches Business Structures & Agency, Business Acquisitions & Transactions, Individual Federal Income Tax, and Secured Transactions.
