Course Evaluations

Mid-semester and end-of-course computerized evaluations are expected to be completed by each student. This is the University's standard confidential course evaluation form that will first be reviewed by the dean(s) and then made available to the professor after grades for the course have been submitted. The professor uses the course evaluations as part of a course improvement process.

Students are sent several emails throughout the semester

  • to confirm their registration
  • to confirm their registration following drop/add
  • to advise them they have surveys ready for completion. They are provided the Student ID# needed to access the surveys.

You will be asked to enter your LAST name and your STUDENT ID number. Your student ID can be found on any payment or registration material you have received. Your student ID number can also be found on your student ID card.
