Supervisor Training – Part II: Motivation, Teamwork, and Attitude

The Basic Supervisory Skills certificate requires completion of the following: Policies, Procedures, and Legal Issues; Motivation, Teamwork, and Attitude; Interview Training; and Performance Review Training. To register online for these classes, click “Learn More”.

Anyone in a supervisory role is required to complete all four trainings listed above. It is also encouraged for current supervisors who may have previously taken these classes to sign up for a refresher in order to remain current on how to properly address various managerial issues. We also welcome employees who are working towards becoming a supervisor and would like to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to fill this type of role. You may attend the four trainings in any order.
