Positions: Enrollment Counselors (CAS) | Enrollment Counselors (Online) | Enrollment Counselors (Graduate programs)
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, customer service or marketing experience, excellent communication skills, computer literacy, reliability, sound knowledge of telephone etiquette, strong work ethic. Must have a strong Christian faith and a heart for the personal, spiritual and professional development of students.
Positions: Academic Advisors
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, computer literacy, sound knowledge of telephone etiquette, strong work ethic, excellent organization skills, some experience maintaining office records systems, attention to detail, customer service champion. Must have a strong Christian faith and a heart for the personal, spiritual and professional development of students.
Positions: Admissions Consultants
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, minimum of one to two years sales/customer service experience preferred. Strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills with an ability to establish rapport with a diverse customer base. Proficiency in Microsoft office software and the ability to handle a large number of inbound and outbound calls from prospective students.
Call Center Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (EST) and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Shift Hours for the position: Must be able to work 2nd Shift to include Saturdays
Current shifts are as follows: 8-5pm/11-8pm/1pm-10pm/2pm-11pm great flexibility (subject to change based on call center needs)
Positions: Enrollment Support Processors – Good attention to detail
Desired Qualifications: Associate Degree is required but Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Working Knowledge of databases preferred.
Positions: Forecast Manager
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required Master’s Degree preferred. Manage a team of analysts responsible for forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning and off-line activities- Conduct forecasting and create staffing schedules- Foster an environment that encourages team input and collaboration - Communicate strategies across all lines of business- Coordination of metrics reporting across all lines of business- Identify opportunities for improvement to workflows and process in relation to customer service and productivity- Perform as the subject matter expert in developing business requirements for new systems, enhancements and product implementation.
Positions: Financial Aid Processing Counselors | Financial Aid Contact Consultants
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of telephone etiquette, strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, proficiency with PC software, ability to comprehend and communicate financial aid regulations and policies. Must have a strong Christian faith and a heart for the personal, spiritual and professional development of students.
Positions: Military Enrollment Coordinator
Responsible for coordinating the student experience within the Military Resource center. Logistical planner for all military community events and primary contact for military related student relations in the center on campus.
Desired Qualifications: Must be a veteran, Bachelor’s Degree required. Experience with database and spreadsheet entry required.
Positions: Military Admissions Recruiter
This person will be tasked at increasing our military students into the undergraduate and graduate level programs within Regent University. Recruiting efforts will be regional and national. A passion for helping military students, excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
Desired Qualifications: Must be a veteran. Bachelor’s Degree required.

Desired Qualifications: High School Diploma required: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum one year customer service experience. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
