Christian Historians and the Challenges of Race, Gender and Identity

Oct. 19-22, 2016

The Conference on Faith and History Biennial Undergraduate Conference will begin with an evening reception and guest speaker. In today’s political and social climate, issues of race, gender, and identity continually polarize public discourse and historical scholarship. As Christian historians, our challenge is to address these issues in ways that responsibly deal with contemporary events, with the past, and with our faith.

Banquet Details: Friday's banquet will be held at the nearby Chesapeake Conference Center (700 Conference Center Drive, Chesapeake, VA). Shuttle to and from Regent's campus and the Conference Center is available. You may also choose to stay at several hotels nears Founders and the conference center.
