Dr. Joseph Bucci has over 20 years of experience in various human resources and training roles, including five years as a learning department director of a large corporation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his Doctor of Business Administration degree from Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana.
Bucci has been teaching at Regent University since 2011, and serves as an Associate Professor & Chair of the Business, Leadership & Management Department in the College of Arts & Sciences. He previously taught for six years at Geneva College in Western Pennsylvania.
His research interests include redemptive leadership, entrepreneurship and faith, and faith integration into the field of business. He believes our Christian faith is the standard on which our discipline can be viewed in its proper light. He says, “Since the pursuit of business is a calling by God, then the student of business must learn not only the premises and precepts of good business operations but must also learn to integrate biblical concepts such as wisdom, stewardship, justice, righteousness, and integrity into their daily practices as well.”
Bucci is also an ordained minister with Vanguard Ministries. He and his wife Debi have five grown children and a Yorkshire Terrior named Bayley.
