Ring in the holiday season at our annual Christmas Village! For two magical weekends, the Christmas Village will transform our campus into an enchanting place where the wonders of Christmas are on full display.

Christmas Village will be bigger and better than ever, with more rides, extended hours and additional space to make lasting family memories.

Tickets to CBN & Regent University Christmas Village are coming soon! Early bird sales go live September 15, 2026.

Parking Update: We’ve updated our parking plan with 1,000+ additional spaces to improve the Christmas Village experience for everyone. Please follow new parking signage and traffic patterns. Attendees should use 1000 Regent University Drive for GPS navigation and enter from Indian River Road, not Centerville Turnpike. Overflow parking, with shuttle service, will be available at Crossway Church.

Stroll through the festive array of lights and have a blast on a variety of fun amusement rides.

Shop for specialty products and enjoy plenty of tasty refreshments from our food vendors. 

Witness the miracle of Jesus’ birth with Mary, Joseph, the shepherds, wise men, and live animals.

Have your photo taken with Santa Claus in his cozy cottage and meet his friendly team of elves.

Immerse yourself in the ambiance of the season with live entertainment, carolers, and choirs.

Take selfies under our massive 40-foot, sparkling Christmas tree—one of the largest in the area!

*Admission includes all Christmas Village rides and activities. Food vendors and craft vendors not included in ticket price.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Attendees should use 1000 Regent University Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23464 for GPS navigation and enter from Indian River Road, not Centerville Turnpike.

From Interstate 64
Take exit 286B from Interstate 64 at Indian River Road.
Stay in the right-hand lane, which immediately merges into Regent University Drive.
Follow Regent University Drive and watch for Christmas Village parking signs.
Follow posted signage to access parking areas.

From Indian River Road
Turn onto Regent University Drive (the entrance is immediately before The Founders Inn entrance if traveling east, or shortly after the Centerville Turnpike intersection if traveling west).
Follow Regent University Drive and watch for Christmas Village parking signs.
Follow posted signage to access parking areas.

From Centerville Turnpike
Turn onto Indian River Road (heading toward I-64).
Turn left onto Regent University Drive (first light after the turn).
Follow Regent University Drive and watch for Christmas Village parking signs.

Parking is FREE. We have over 1,000 additional parking spaces available. Please pay attention to new parking signage and traffic patterns.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

Tickets are non-refundable.

DO CHILDREN NEED TICKETS?

Yes. Children 12 and under will receive free admission with the purchase of an adult ticket, but they still need a ticket to present upon entry. All minors must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

Yes, limited tickets may be available at the event entrance. Attendees are encouraged to reserve their tickets in advance, as dates may sell out.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I VISIT WITH THE UNLIMITED MULTI-DAY PASS?

You may come as many times as you wish during the six event days. Attendees with a Multi-Day Pass will be given a wristband to re-use for each visit.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The event is open on Thursday and Friday, 5:00-9:00 p.m., and on Saturday, 2:00-9:00 p.m. Attendees are welcome at any point while the Christmas Village is open!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY TICKET PURCHASE?

Your ticket to Christmas Village includes access to the grounds, rides, entertainment, a Christmas marketplace, and more. Visitors may purchase food from food trucks and other vendors at the event.

WHAT VENDORS WILL BE THERE?

Vendors will be added to virginiachristmasvillage.com periodically, so check back often!

CAN I CHANGE MY TICKET TO A DIFFERENT DATE?

Yes, attendees may change their tickets to a different date by logging into Eventbrite, selecting their order, and then selecting “Change Tickets.” Please note that other dates may be unavailable if they have already sold out.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER?

Tickets are non-refundable, but guests may reschedule their tickets to a later date, subject to availability.

IS THE CAMPUS ACCESSIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

Yes, the campus offers accessible parking, bathrooms, ramps, and electronic doors. Please note that this is an evening-time outdoor event.

WILL FOOD BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THIS EVENT?

Yes, there will be several food trucks and vendors at this event with meals, snacks, and beverages for purchase.

CAN I BRING MY SERVICE ANIMAL TO THE EVENT?

– Service animals are welcome at the Christmas Village event.
– Service animals are limited to dogs that have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.
– Each service animal must always remain on a leash or harness and under the control of its handler. If at any time your service animal’s behavior is aggressive or disruptive, you will be asked to remove your service animal from the premises.
– Service animals must be housebroken. Guests are responsible for promptly picking up animal waste.
– Service animals are permitted in all guest areas; however, please note service animals are not permitted in or around the petting zoo or horse and carriage rides.
– Due to the nature of some attractions, service animals may not be permitted to ride.
– Emotional support animals are not permitted at Christmas Village.

WHAT IS THE CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY?

We’re delighted to share this special holiday experience with you and your loved ones. To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone, we require all attendees to observe the following guest standards.

Christmas Village reserves the absolute right to deny entry, revoke admission, or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with our family-friendly environment with or without prior warning and without compensation or refund.

Thank you for helping us create a wonderful holiday memory for all!

Strictly Prohibited Items:
– Weapons of any type, including but not limited to: guns, knives, martial arts equipment, or replica weapons
– Ammunition or explosive materials
– Personal protection devices such as pepper spray, stun devices, or similar products
– Alcohol, illegal substances, or paraphernalia
– Tobacco products of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, pipes, and all electronic cigarettes, vapes, or vaping devices

Unacceptable Guest Behavior:
– Physical altercations, threatening conduct, or intimidating language toward any person
– Rough play or behavior that endangers yourself or others
– Verbal abuse, profane language, or obscene gestures
– Disorderly conduct or public intoxication
– Being under the influence of controlled substances
– Theft, vandalism, or destruction of property
– Unauthorized entry into employee-only zones, restricted areas, or areas behind displays/attractions
– Obstruction of walkways or emergency exits, or congregation in a manner that impedes foot traffic

All visitors must:
– Follow all posted signage, barriers, and directional indicators.
– Comply with instructions from Christmas Village staff, security personnel, and emergency responders.
– Respect queue lines and wait your turn without line-jumping or place-holding for unreasonably large groups.
– Use admission tickets and credentials properly — resale, transfer, or fraudulent use is grounds for ejection.

Appropriate Conduct & Attire
– Dress appropriately for a family-oriented holiday event; clothing with vulgar, offensive, or explicit language/images is not permitted.
– Full costumes and face-covering masks may not be worn by guests; however, festive holiday attire is encouraged!

Commercial Activity & Solicitation
– No unauthorized commercial activity, solicitation, petition-gathering, or distribution of promotional materials will be allowed.
– Personal fundraising or sales require advance written authorization from event management.

Additional Policies
– Demonstrations, protests, or organized disruptive activities are not permitted.
– Flash mobs or coordinated group actions that interfere with event operations are prohibited.
– Photography and video recording for personal use is welcome; commercial filming requires prior approval.
