This form must be submitted BEFORE you invite your speaker to campus. (Regent students, faculty, and staff as well as CBN and ACLJ employees are not considered "guest" speakers for this purpose.)
SPEAKER POLICY: The speaker(s) must in some way contribute to the mission and vision of the University and must agree in advance to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with traditional Christian values, including the avoidance of profane language, potentially slanderous statements, advocacy of violent change or overthrow of the government.
In-person guest speakers must follow all university COVID-19 protocols and procedures as outlined in the Regent Ready policies. Proof of a negative PCR test result or proof of vaccination must be submitted to Jennifer Gribble (firstname.lastname@example.org) 5 days before your event or your speaker will need to present virtually.
By submitting this form, the student organization, faculty/staff advisor, and school dean acknowledge they understand the speaker policy and take responsibility for fully informing guest speaker(s) of the University’s expectations.
