This course will give students a fundamental understanding of change management strategies, as they apply to the consulting role. Further, this course examines the core competencies of organizational design, which is the very root of most organizations. Together these powerful tools will give students tools to diagnose a number of organizational issues.

  • CPC044 - Consulting in a Global Context
