Registration Policies

Add/Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

Adding and Withdrawing from a Course:
The deadline for students to add/drop a course without penalty is prior to the first day of the start of the course. Students are to use the add/drop form available through a Professional and Continuing Education Program Manager. Please email pce@regent.edu to request the form. Student registration changes after the add/drop period are subject to the following:

Add a course within the first 3 business days from the start of the course

No penalty

Add a course within 4-5 business days from the start of the course

$35 fee

Drop a course within 5 business days from the start of the course

75% refund

Drop a course after 5 business days from the start of the course

No refund

*Students may not add a course after five business days from the start of the course.
