Regent Law students who desire close proximity to campus will find that Regent Village (new and continuing students) and Regent Commons (continuing students only) offer convenient and quality housing at an affordable rate.
Operated and maintained by the University, Regent Commons and Regent Village are characterized as safe and supportive communities to help you, your friends, and your family through the rigors of law school.
Housing applications are processed for admitted candidates only. Incoming law students who wish to live on campus should focus their efforts on Regent Village's two/three-bedroom accommodations for married couples and families, and shared roommate accommodations for same sex students. Options may include furnished or non-furnished apartments. Early application for housing is highly recommended if on-campus housing is preferred.

Law students interested in off-campus housing will find numerous apartment complexes, town homes and beach properties in the area. More than 30 apartment complexes are located within a ten-minute drive of campus.
Accepted students who have a MyRegent ID and password can also view current off-campus options here.
