Online Learning

Regent offers the same top-quality education in our online sessions as we offer on campus:.You have a regular semester schedule, assignments and exams, and the support of a qualified faculty member who oversees the course and guides your learning process. The difference? Online learning allows you to access your courses and work on your assignments when and where you choose.

Just like in a traditional classroom, you will be expected to interact with fellow students. Using the discussion board you will participate in threaded discussions, collaborative projects and assignments. Exams and other assignments can be completed directly online in Blackboard.

Educational Model

Conducted online, each of the graduate degree programs in the School of Business & Leadership (SBL) uses learning methods that require students to learn independently, but not alone. Our educational approach brings together important aspects of e-learning through online webinars, dialogues and social media. Rather than lecturing and testing for correct answers, SBL faculty members function as mentors or coaches to provide autonomous learning environments in which they may guide students in the pursuit of scholarly understanding, thinking, learning and practical application.

"It will be the principles of servant leadership that I largely learned at Regent that I'll carry with me. These principles defined me as a corporate leader, and I believe they will define my political leadership."
