Doctoral Project Abstract
This paper addresses a paradigm that fuses the academic study of leadership with an environment and curriculum that values what God speaks into the hearts of the students. This paradigm is set forth in a school with a curriculum covering a time period of eighteen months, and introduces developing leaders into many facets of leadership. The curriculum provides a process whereby students must continuously articulate what God has placed in their heart to do; their calling. This model then emphasizes assignments and projects to aid in establishing the leadership traits in the students to propel them into operating in that calling before the completion of their leadership studies.
