Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership: Entrepreneurial Leadership Major — Pre 2013
This doctoral program is designed to advance the study of entrepreneurship in the global marketplace. The Entrepreneurial Leadership major explores the depths of ethical entrepreneurship and the leadership dynamics that drive the field with in-depth courses in marketing, finance, operations and human resource management. While concentrating on HR management, innovation and communication, this major also addresses the economic effect of entrepreneurial activity. Through mentorship and relationship, our faculty challenge students to pursue personal spiritual vitality and transformation, and will prepare them to teach organizational leadership or entrepreneurial studies at the university level or conduct research in association with governments, corporations and think tanks.
The Entrepreneurial Leadership major uses an educational model that incorporates interaction with an instructor and other students.
Entrepreneurial Leadership Major-Specific Outcomes
As a Ph.D. student enrolled in the Entrepreneurial Leadership major, you will:
- Conduct and report research on entrepreneurial leadership issues.
- Demonstrate understanding of entrepreneurial principles.
- Conduct and present a marketing consulting project.
