Regent C.A.R.E.S. (Communication and Response for Every Student) is a student-focused support and information center aimed at providing our Regent community with after-hours and weekend phone and email assistance. Our intention is to move far beyond the typical call center or message board by serving you in the following three capacities.
Provide technical and information-based support.
Your questions and concerns are our number one priority. Our highly trained staff is available to provide these valuable services.

- Email and computer password recovery
- Graduate and undergraduate academic program information
- Application checklist information
- Transcript request steps
- Campus tour schedules
Our goal is to provide you with the answers you need. If we cannot accommodate your request immediately, then we will have the appropriate Regent department staff contact you as soon as possible.
Provide ongoing spiritual support.
Realizing the importance of maintaining a healthy, vibrant, spirit-based Christian community, Regent C.A.R.E.S. is here to engage and support students by partnering with you in prayer. Having a hard week? Our representatives look forward to praying with you and offering encouragement.
Provide emotional support.
As current students and alumni, we remember those trying times throughout the semester when term papers, exams, Blackboard posts and presentations are all due at once. Challenges and stress seem to go hand in hand with the life of a student. We are well aware that these challenges can bring about a high level of anxiety and worry. Regent C.A.R.E.S. wants you to know you are not alone. Our trained representatives are here as a listening ear for our students, providing words of encouragement as well as appropriate material and contact information for those students wanting to connect with a licensed counselor. We all need help sometimes; that's why we're here.
