The Documents
There are two most important reports for SACS Accreditation.
Compliance Certification Reports
Compliance Certification is a document completed by the institution that demonstrates its judgment of the extent of its compliance with accrediting standards. It contains four sections made up of 82 separate reports, each of which are reviewed for compliance.
Pathways Plan
As part of the Compliance Report, Regent is submitting a Pathways Plan to demonstrate our institutional effectiveness. This is fundamentally Regent's strategic plan for the University over the next five years.
Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP)
The QEP is a new requirement for SACS accreditation. The QEP is used to outline a course of action for institutional improvement by addressing one or more topics that contribute to institutional quality, with special attention to student learning. The QEP must be a new plan, not yet implemented at the time of our SACS site visit in 2009.
