- 8:30 - 9:30am, Organizational Meeting of Committee
- 9:30 - 9:45am, Introduction of Regent Points of Contact
- 9:45 - 10:30am, Meeting with President and Leadership Team
- 10:30 - 11:30am, Entire Committee meets with the QEP leadership team
- 11:30 - 12:30pm, Interviews
- 12:30 - 2:00pm, Committee Executive Session/Working Lunch
- 2:00 - 4:30pm, Committee members conduct individual reviews regarding the remaining compliance issues as necessary
- 4:30 - 5:30pm, Executive Session
Wednesday, March 4, 2009
- 8:45 - 9:00am, Committee Executive Session
- 9:00 - 11:00am, Focused Interviews
- 11:00 - 12:00pm, Committee Executive Session
- 12:00 - 1:15pm, SACS Team Lunch
- 1:15 - 2:45pm, Committee completes on-campus evaluation activities
- 2:00 - 2:30pm, Drs. Norris and Sheeley meet with President
- 3:30 - 4:30pm, Committee Executive Session
- 4:30 - 5:30pm, Committee completes writing report as necessary
- 5:30 - 6:30pm, Committee reviews report and discusses exit conference assignments and protocols
- Before Midnight, Committee members complete drafts and submit to Committee Chair
