Instructions to Persistent Links - Wilson Web Databases

Follow the steps below to find permanent links to your online books. Wilson Web databases included in this procedure are: Book Review Digest Plus, Business Full-Text, Education Full-Text, Humanities Full-Text, Library Literature & Information Science Full-Text, OmniFile Full-Text Mega, Play Index.

  • 1. Search for article
  • 2. Click the title to open
  • 3. In the Record View below the abstract you will find links to the 'Persistent URL:'.
  • 4. Click the format you want to use. A pop-up will open then click 'OK'
  • 5. Open Notepad, then click the 'Edit' tab and choose 'Paste'
  • 6. Highlight only the URL portion of the text (see photo below)
  • 7. Then click the 'Edit' tab and choose 'Copy'
  • 8. Paste URL into Blackboard or any other web-page
