E-books
Regent University Library provides access to over 70,000 e-book titles through NetLibrary, ebrary, Books24x7 and Safari Books Online.
Searching for e-books
- To search for e-book titles, go to the Library Catalog and run a keyword or subject search related to your research topic.
- In the Catalog results screen, check the box next to "Limit to netLibrary eBooks" and click the "Search" button again.
- The resulting list will be filtered to display only the e-book titles available through NetLibrary or ebrary.
NOTE: Books24x7 and Safari Books Online contain a significant number of e-books on IT and computer science topics; these titles are not listed in the Library Catalog as of Nov. 2008 and must be searched directly in Books24x7 and Safari Books Online.
Users may want to create personal accounts within NetLibrary to annotate e-books, to store favorite titles, and to more easily access NetLibrary from off-campus locations. View this Flash tutorial on creating a NetLibrary account.
