Long Distance

Your supervisor must complete the Telephone Request Form to change the name on the phone and to order a new long distance code for your use. The long distance code will allow you to dial domestic long distance phone numbers.

To use:

  1. Pick up your handset.
  2. Listen for dial tone.
  3. Dial 9, 1, and the ten-digit long distance number.
  4. Listen for the tones.
  5. Dial your authorization code.
  6. The call should complete as dialed.
