Verizon Conferencing Request
Use this form to request a Verizon Instant Meeting account for telephone conferences. Features of
Verizon's Instant Meeting service include:
- Toll-free number for US and Canadian participants.
- Toll number for participants outside the US and Canada.
- Web moderator option to manage conference calls online.
- 24x7 availability, with no need for an advance reservation.
- Secure access through separate leader and participant passcodes.
- Up to 20 participants with no monthly subscription fee (your subscription must be used at least once in 90 days to remain active)
Your school or department will be charged $0.05 per minute for each participant using the toll-free and toll conference phone numbers. When the order is complete, we will contact you with a dial-in number and passcodes. To host a meeting, simply distribute your number and participant passcode to the attendees and inform them of the date and time of the meeting. (Do not share your leader passcode; it is for your use only).
