Lab Attendants
Lab Attendants are student employees of the Information Technology department. They play a vital role in serving the faculty, staff, and students of Regent University, while at the same time working to complete their own degrees. With regard to the on-campus computer labs, Lab Attendants perform two main functions:
- Lab Attendants help to maintain our on-campus computer labs and equipment in good working condition. This includes cleaning lab equipment and maintaining a congenial work environment in the labs for all patrons.
- Lab Attendants are available as a resource to students who have specific questions regarding computer usage and techniques or who are encountering computer problems while in the labs. Lab Attendants are not available to complete work for any patron. The Lab Attendant is available to help with software questions and troubleshooting during lab hours.
