Regent University encourages the establishment of a variety of student organizations for the purpose of meeting the interests and needs of the campus community. Blackboard is an ideal way to facilitate these types of groups in an interactive and online medium.

Use this form to request a new organization space in Blackboard. This form is not a request to create an official Student or Academic Organization at Regent University. Official student organizations and academic clubs must already exist prior to requesting space in Blackboard. Each request is subject to approval.

  • Official student organization requests must be approved by Student Services; please provide a contact in Student Services for approval.
  • Academic clubs must be approved by a faculty member or dean.
  • Unofficial or informal clubs/organizations require no approval but are subject to the discretion of University staff. Enter 'n/a' in each of the fields.
