STEP 1
Please read the Blackboard Knowledge Base page first. In most cases you will find answers to your questions there.

Clear your browser's temporary internet files, then close and reopen your browser and login to Blackboard again to see if your error reoccurs. Click here for more information.
STEP 3
If you are still experiencing problems after following the first 2 steps, please fill out the Blackboard Support Form. A support representative will research the problem and contact you as soon as possible.
