Student ID
Students are required to get an ID card and to wear the card at all times when on campus. Contact Student Services for times and locations for obtaining an ID card. Please bring a valid picture ID (driver's license or passport).
Academic Discount on Software
Did you know that you can receive an academic discount on many software packages because you are a current student? Before you purchase any software package, check with the distributor or manufacturer to see if they offer an academic discount. Also be sure to get a student ID card, because most resellers and manufacturers will require this as proof of your student status.
Parking Stickers
All students who park on campus are required to register their vehicles. A student parking charge is billed each semester to your student account. The charge is mandatory for every on-campus student who owns or drives a motor vehicle on campus (Regent, Founders Inn, Regent Village, Regent Commons, etc.) and who enrolls in three or more credit hours of on-campus courses during the academic year. Parking fee waiver forms are available in the Business Office and online for students who are eligible for waiver consideration. You will not need to get a new sticker each year. Your sticker will be valid as long as you are at Regent.
Students may pick up their sticker in the Office of Administrative Services. The sticker must be placed on the inside of the windshield behind the rear view mirror, out of the line of sight. Please do not place the sticker on your car bumper. Stickers are not transferable, and we are limited to registering two vehicles per person. Any vehicle not displaying a parking sticker will be ticketed.
If you are a distance education student planning a visit to campus, you will still need to get a temporary parking permit. Contact Administrative Services (757.352.4442).

Student Lockers
Student lockers are available in Robertson Hall at no charge (1st come 1st serve) and in the Classroom Building ($10 per academic year). See Administrative Services, ADM 116.
