The Library Systems Department handles maintenance of systems, equipment, software, online databases and indexes, and other electronic resources within the University Library.

Systems Knowledge Base & Help Desk

You must be registered to search the Systems Knowledge Base or to report problems. If you are a first time user, please click "new user." Regent patrons: use your Regent email username and select the school with which you are associated. Visitors: create a username and select "Non-Regent" as your department (please note that databases are only available to Regent faculty, staff, and students).

Systems Knowledge Base & Help Desk
The Systems Knowledge Base contains a record of frequently asked questions and systems problems. Please refer to the Systems Knowledge Base before requesting support from the Systems Help Desk.

NOTE: If you are having problems logging into other Library systems using your Regent email username and password, please contact the Information Technology Help Desk at 757-226-4076 or http://www.regent.edu/it/helpdesk/.
