Database Login Problem??? Troubleshooting Guide The first time you login to the a database from your home computer you may be asked to install a Mulit-Resource Client.
A common ERROR message is: "Unable to launch resource a this time. Unknown error." This usually means that your computer is unable to communicate with the server because an instance of the MultiResource Client is still running. There are several ways to fix this problem. The first thing to try is to re-boot the system, if this is not an option, for whatever reason, follow these simple directions: Hold
