The Library Catalog provides access to over 50,000 e-books via NetLibrary and eBrary.
Other online texts are
freely available via the Web.
To search the catalog for ebooks, enter a subject in
the search box. After a list comes up, select "Limit to netLibrary
eBooks" and click "Search" again. You will then have a
listing of all cataloged e-books within your search criteria.

Accessing NetLibrary Books from Off-campus
Off-campus users may experience problems accessing NetLibrary books when linking from the Library Catalog. These steps should offer a work-around:
- Note the title of the e-book you are attempting to access from the Library Catalog.
- Please login to NetLibrary at this URL: http://eres.regent.edu:2048/login?url=http://www.netlibrary.com (NOTE: this is the same URL as appears on the Databases page). If you are off-campus, please enter your RegentID and password at the prompt.
- Once you have logged into the NetLibrary site, you can search on the book title and click on the "View this eBook" link to access the book.
RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL STEPS:
- While logged into NetLibrary (see step #2), click on the "Create a Free Account" link in the top right corner.
- Follow the prompts to create a NetLibrary account; you may use any username and password you’d like, but be sure it’s something you’ll remember.
- In the future, if you don’t see a “View this eBook” hyperlink within NetLibrary, you can login directly using the NetLibrary account you've setup in steps 4 and 5. The “Log In” link appears at the top left corner of the NetLibrary website.
