Rules, Regulations, and Forms

All entrants are required to read the rules and regulations then print, sign and send in the last page for their submission to be accepted into the contest.

Here are some of the highlights:

  • The entrant must write, produce and direct the 3- to 5-minute redemptive movie.
  • The entrant must be:
    • A U.S. citizen eligible to attend Regent University (according to Regent University's admissions standards) at either the graduate or undergraduate level. Eligible applicants include:
      • High school seniors or high school graduates ready to begin undergraduate classes starting in the fall of 2012.
      • College seniors or college graduates ready to begin graduate classes starting in the fall of 2012.
      • College juniors ready to begin classes starting in the fall of 2013.
  • For the entry to be eligible, a completed submission packet must reach Regent University by the submission date. A completed submission packet must include:
    • The movie on a DVD that can be played in a standard DVD player. DVD menus are not permitted.
    • All appropriate release forms (fully completed).
    • The last page from the rules and regulations signed by the entrant.
