2012 Chili Bowl Chili Cook-Off

Register by Friday, October 26 to be a contestant. The 2012 Chili Champion and the first runner up will each receive great prizes! Samples of all chili entries will be sold at the Chili Bowl Tailgate. All Regent students, faculty, staff and alumni are eligible.

The Specifics...
- Chili Cook-Off entries are first-registered, first-served. The first 12 entries will be accepted.
- Outlets will be provided on the day of the Chili Bowl to supply power to crockpots. Chili must be prepared in advance and served out of a crockpot in order to meet health standards.
- All chili entries must be delivered to the chili cook-off tent at Robertson Field by 11:45 a.m. on November 3.
- Entries will be judged at 12:15 p.m., prior to the start of the Chili Bowl tailgate. The top three entries will be selected by a panel of judges as finalists. The first runner up and Grand Champion will be determined by Dr. Robertson at the start of the championship game. Both will be presented at half time.
- All chili recipes will be accepted. There are no criteria regarding the use of specific ingredients.
