Social media empowers consumers, and forms their perceptions and purchasing decisions. It is a fast and efficient way to inform clients or members. Your company or church/ministry needs to be proactively utilizing the most common social media applications, in order to stay competitive and relevant in a changing market and ministry place. This part of the workshop will cover marketing strategies utilizing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, FourSquare and Pinterest. For businesses the goal will be to learn how to increase ROI, turning fans and followers into customers, how to generate leads and improve brand reputation and loyalty. For ministries the goal will be how to utilize social media in order to communicate with members and especially youth groups.
