Peter Fraser, Ph.D.

Bio

Dr. Peter Fraser was born and raised in Chicago where he attended school and worked until his marriage in 1988. He and his wife moved to Wisconsin and settled in Milwaukee, where Fraser served for many years at Wisconsin Lutheran College, as well as worked to develop a voucher school in the central city. Along the way, Fraser founded and managed a youth evangelism program called Wandani, that served boys surrounded by Milwaukee’s gang culture. Together, he and his wife have five children.
