Assistant Professor, Government, History and Criminal Justice, General Education
Dr. Nicholas Higgins moved from the Dallas, Texas metroplex to Chesapeake, Virginia, to join the Regent family. Even though he was born in the Midwest and grew up in the South, he considers Virginia his home state. This is Higgins' second foray into the Hampton Roads area; he taught high school in Chesapeake from 2005-2008. His wife, three children and he enjoy having re-settled in Virginia, and have fun on many outdoor adventures, as well as with their local church and surrounding community.
