Report a Crime
Emergency: x2911
Non-emergency: x2075
Any criminal activity that occurs on campus, at Regent Village or at Regent Commons should be immediately reported to the CBN/RCPD. A police officer will be immediately dispatched to take a report and investigate the incident. A crime log is maintained by the CBN/RCPD in order to appropriately track any criminal activity that occurs on campus. Information on crimes that may impact or relate to the surrounding community is shared directly with appropriate law enforcement agencies. In cases where students are involved in violations of campus policy and/or Commonwealth law, both internal disciplinary measures and/or legal action may be taken. The deans of the appropriate university schools and vice president of student services will initiate disciplinary action in accordance with university policy for violators who are students. University employees who are in violation of established policy are under the jurisdiction of their department heads or deans. Civil authorities will, of course, take whatever actions are deemed appropriate for the offense committed.
