As a member of the Career Services team, he brings administrative experience from his four years of working in the construction management industry. As a former corporate professional Randall understands the importance of assisting students, recognizing their talents, and accurately communicating their professional goals.

He assists students through the use of personality-type surveys, interviewing techniques, resume writing, and professional networking, and he also understands the importance of communicating personal strengths in a way that appeals to the needs of target employers.
"One of the most important goals in life for Christians is to discover our unique blend talents, gifts, and personality, knowing that we have a Master who desires a return. Matthew 25:20-21 says 'Master, you delivered to me five talents; here I have made five talents more. His master said to him, 'Well done, good andfaithful servant.'"
