Transcripts
ATTENTION: As of 11/11/09, due to technical issues caused by inclement weather, transcript processing may be delayed and expedited services may not currently be available.
The transcript fee for all transcripts is $5.00 each.
Transcript requests must be made in writing by the requestor and include a valid signature.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
When picking up transcript(s) from the Registrar's Office, a valid picture ID must be presented.
Ordering Transcripts

or - Write us a letter, including your SSN, birthdate, telephone number, and signature. Include instructions re: copies requested and where to send.
- Remember to send your check with your request or pay by credit card using the online payment form.

Fees
Each transcript is $5.00 (does not include fees for expedited services or faxing).
To pay your transcript fee, you may send a check, drop off cash or a check at the Registrar's Office, or pay by credit card on the Business Office website using the online payment form.
NOTE: To be eligible
for the below services, (same-day, overnight or expedited) transcript
requests must be received by the Registrar's Office before 2:00 pm.
NOTE: Overnight and Priority service fees do not include mailing to
international addresses. International rates may vary. Contact the Registrar's
Office for details.
- "Rush" fee for same-day service: $10.00
($5.00 transcript fee + $5.00 same day)
Transcript is mailed the same day your request is submitted.
- Overnight Service: $25.00
($5.00 transcript fee + $5.00 same day + $15.00 overnight charge)
Please note: Overnight service is only available via USPS and time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
- Priority Mail: $15.00 per copy
($5.00 transcript fee + $5.00 same day + $5.00 Priority Mail charge)
To pay your transcript fee, you may send a check, drop off cash or a check at the Registrar's Office, or pay by credit card on the Business Office website using the online payment form. Do not include your credit card number on your transcript request form. Credit card payments must be made directly to the Business Office.
ATTENTION: Transcripts will not be released if there are any financial obligations: library fines, parking fines, or unpaid bills. Once these accounts are settled, transcripts will be released. Please contact the Business Office to settle your account.
