Transcripts

 

Transcript requests must be made in writing by the student.  Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

NOTE: When picking up transcript(s) from the Registrar's Office, all students must present a valid picture ID.

 

                                                                           OR

  • Write us a letter, including your SSN, birthdate, telephone number, and signature. Include instructions re: copies requested and where to send.
  • Mail your transcript request to us:

    (When mailing your request or any other form to the university, please clearly mark your return address on the carrier envelope.)

  • Send your check with your request or pay by credit card using the online payment form.

Fees:

To pay your transcript fee, you may send a check, drop off cash or a check at the Registrar's Office, or pay by credit card on the Business Office website using the online payment form.

 

No charge for one transcript per semester (does not include fees for expedited services or faxing). Each additional transcript is $5.00.


NOTE: To be eligible for the below services, (same-day, overnight or expedited) transcript requests must be received by the Registrar's Office before 3:00 pm.

  • "Rush" fee for same-day service: additional $5.00
    (Transcript is mailed/faxed the same day your request is submitted.
    )
  • Overnight Service: additional $20.00
    ($5.00 same day + $15.00 overnight charge)
    Please note: Overnight service is only available via USPS and time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

  • Priority Mail: additional $10.00 per copy
    ($5.00 same day + $5.00 Priority Mail charge)

  • Faxed transcript: additional $2.00
  • International faxes: additional $5.00

    To pay your transcript fee, you may send a check, drop off cash or a check at the Registrar's Office, or pay by credit card on the Business Office website using the online payment form.  Do not include your credit card number on your transcript request form.  Credit card payments must be made directly to the Business Office.

ATTENTION: Transcripts will not be released if there are any financial obligations: library fines, parking fines, or unpaid bills. Once these accounts are settled, transcripts will be released. Please contact the Business Office to settle your account.
