All full time employees with benefits now have Travel Assist as an added value from the life insurance carrier, AIG American General. This program provides access to information and referral services for members 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by calling the AIG International Services Worldwide customer care center.  Some services are no charge and some have a fee.
